How long will it take to get my order?
When we receive your order, we do our best to get it shipped the same day. Generally, you will receive your order within 4 - 6 days, depending on the time of day you place the order, the brand you order, and your location.
Can I order an item I don't see on your website?
Yes! We can order anything that any of our suppliers make. Use the "Contact
Us" form below to inquire about a specific brand and style number. We do carry other
brands besides those listed on our website, so don't hesitate to ask!
Do I need a PayPal account to pay for my order?
No you do not. By using PayPal as our credit card processor, we can keep operational costs down, and pass the savings on to you. After you click the "Submit" button, you will be directed to Paypal. On the PayPal site click on the "Continue" link above the credit card logos to enter your credit card information, and complete your order.
What is your return policy?
RETURN POLICY
At Steel Toe Boot Store .com we want you to be happy with your purchase! If, after you've received your order, you need to return or exchange it, simply complete the Returns Form prior to shipping the item back for credit or exchange. We will provide return shipping for one exchange per order.
• We guarantee your complete satisfaction. If you are not happy with your new boots or shoes just send them back to us.
• Return shipping is absolutely free (one exchange per order). We will provide you with a pre-paid UPS or USPS domestic label to return or exchange your purchase item.
You have 30 days from the date you receive your boots to request an exchange
or refund. Please use the Returns form below for specific instructions on how to return your boots.
No refunds can be issued on soiled boots! Please test you boots on a clean, carpeted surface. New boots must be returned in the original box, with all tags intact, and include the packing slip / order information.
Do your products come with a warranty?
All boots and shoes are guaranteed against defects in material and
workmanship. Defective boots must be returned within 90 days of receiving
them. Please use the Return Request form below to contact us regarding defective boots. You will be reimbursed return shipping charges on any defective merchandise.
