SHIPPING TIME
On average, you should receive your boots within one business week. APO addresses can take up to 2 weeks. We place all orders on the day they are received.
RETURN POLICY
At Steel Toe Boot Store .com we want you to be happy with your purchase! If,
after you've received your order, you need to return or exchange it, simply
complete the Returns Form prior to shipping the item back for credit or
exchange. We will provide return shipping for one exchange per order. Shoes
must be in original packaging, with no signs of wear. • We guarantee your
complete satisfaction. If you are not happy with your new boots or shoes just
send them back to us. • Return shipping is absolutely free (one exchange per
order). We will provide you with a pre-paid UPS or USPS domestic label to
return or exchange your purchase item. You have 30 days from the date you
receive your boots to request an exchange or refund. Please use the Returns
form below for specific instructions on how to return your boots. No
refunds can be issued on soiled boots! Please test you boots on a clean,
carpeted surface. New boots must be returned in the original box, with all
tags intact, and include the packing slip / order information.
DEFECTIVE BOOT POLICY
All boots and shoes are guaranteed against defects in material and
workmanship. Defective boots must be returned within 90 days of receiving
them. Please use the Return Request form below to contact us regarding defective boots. You will be reimbursed return shipping charges on any defective merchandise.
